This seems to be directed specifically to Jg99 which blocked the whole Brazil on HIS servers.

You embarrass the Brazilian players blocking the possibility of them participate in the championship. While other coutry ex-cheaters are allowed to play.

No, Brazilian players embarrasses themselves when they decide with complete determination to cheat.

TL;DR: 1Cap is a shit stirrer. The same kind of post of his lead him to be banned when some mod had enough of his useless posts.
