No it is not.
Music enquired in regards to lists of specific ban ranges, not ranges that could belp ban one specific person.
We don't need examples on why we should ban specific ranges, server owners have that already.
The data he has given us already? He has given server owners a handful of IP's which end up blacking out blocks.
1Cap had a great example above, where /one/ VPN company gave an insight into their reach. VPN companies exist to evade blocks applied via geolocation and IP blacklisting, there will always be one that will give someone access to your server.
