Aggressive behaviour across multiple servers

As an example, if you were on the server at the time that screen was taken, you could have typed /whois 1 and then you'd see my IP.

It only shows the 3 first numbers of someone's IP, the last number is kept "secret" so that you can't abuse of the whoise command and those private informations are kept by the server owner.

Once you have the 3 first numbers of the IP, you can ask the server owner or Jamz (a.k.a the one who own (?) the masterserver) and he will give you the whole IP or just make something about the issue (ex: ban this IP or a range from the masterserver).
