Haha xD Well you made a big shortcut, black people don't have a better DNA they tend to have one gene (ACTN3) more often than other populations.

It only appears that some genes (ACTN3) responsible for alpha-Actinin 3 protein that helps muscles to generate enough energy to contract muscles repetitively.
What Andrez was talking about is the fact that this "sprint" gene seems to be more present in Jamaicans (98%) than in European (82%) althgouh the difference is very small and there are white athletes that do have this gene.
Kenyans even have higher frequency of this gene than Jamaicans, but it doesn't make them better sprinters and many countries from Africa have barely won anything in terms of running (Mauritania, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Togo, Niger, Benin, Mali,Ghana, Gabon, Senegal, Congo, Angola..)

There are no "black are better at running than white" factor proven yet, or at least it is not the ACTN3 gene.
