the sensitivity for in-game and out can be the same if you make it so moto, i personally have adjusted my settings so i "practice" my aim when im browsing the internet or doing work.
@elitist,
both undead and i have gotten to rounds 7 and 8 in missionred and so far are the only 2 to my knowledge that have gotten there (maybe because nobody else cares)
i spent some time aim400kg and it seemed to help a little bit but is more specialized. my personal favorite is the one with the tiny dots, exact aiming dot plus. very effective. fast aiming is also good for those "snap" shots. exact aiming by itself is kinda pointless imo with missionred being a better alternative.
the other key to this is how to systematically apply those skills learned in those games to ac. many people have asked me how i aim, and i always say the same thing. I practiced at gamespeed 50 to where i could get 100% accuracy with AR for 200 bullets. then i bumped up the gamespeed to 55 and did the same thing. then 60 etc. etc. all the way to gamespeed 160. at the lower gamespeed you really get used to the weapons and how they work (im a master at 1.1 AR :DD (its OP)). AT gamespeed higher than 100 i just try and get 40% or higher with the focus being on distance aiming. Practicing in game is probably more effective for me personally, but games never hurt.
There's a lot more to aiming in ac than how you move your mouse, but good hand dexterity is always a massive plus when gaming.
