I don't get it, why would someone run a server full of missing content crap? Yet another AC mystery!
They've might've installed 1104's directories (for textures etc), and that's why they're able to see all the 'content' no one else is able to see (I've done this myself, so I should know :P). Though it's still no excuse to not convert the map files.
