Do I have to change may ac name for example [PSY]killerjoe?

That's not how it works, you don't add a clan tag to your name and you're in the clan. You have to be accepted by the clan, and then you can use their tag. The "List of Recruiting Clans" is here to tell people which clans are looking for new members. But you still have to contact the clan, probably pass a test etc. Falsly using a tag ( tag-abuse ) can be a motive to ban/blacklist you.
