You have to do it manually

open your cfg and then write

mapmodel 0 0 0 0 "HP/shark"
save it and then on the edit mode type:
/newent mapmodel 0 0 0 0 (*)

(*) the first number is de radius, the second is the number of the mapmodel, 3rd the height and the last one the texture. You must change the 2nd one

Example on the cfg file:
mapmodel 4 1 0 0 "cleaner/cactus/cactus2" //201 Last official mapmodel

mapmodel 0 0 0 0 "HP/shark"
//202

example how to place on edit mode

/newent mapmodel 0 202 0 0
