Yeah your connection can be 30. But that isn't including everything that affects your speed. thats just a raw speed.

Just cuz they say 33 down, certainly doesn't mean you're gonna get all of it. When I was with them I was getting "20mbs down", it was more like 5. Comcast sucks donkey nuts!
