Can't connect to servers in 1.1.0.4/1.2.0.2?

why i cant download new assaultcube version for microsoft windows? Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE) for linux i can download for win cant

aaand history is back again,developers turned off servers on old better game version without asking a more part of players
