[Release] New items (hud) icons, huddigits and smoke effect

Here is a new teamicons.png I made, this will be my last release. I'll continue working on various graphics/changes/tweaks and I might re-release everything as a single mod package sometime later.


Also here is a new scope.png that I am still working on (already posted in a different thread but might as well share it)


Let me know if I should continue with these mods.
