I'd probably have to say Hot. I've only ever experienced as low as -33 Celsius (-27.4 F) including windchill here in NL, Canada. It's not fun. Your face freezes if it is exposed to the cold for any length of time. Having to wear a balaclava sucks. The summers here reach about +20-30 Celsius (68-86 F)
I've also experienced +52 Celsius (125.6 F) once when I was at the Hoover Dam in Arizona. It was hot, but not the same kind of heat as 30 degrees Celsius where I live. We have high amounts of humidity in the summer which makes the heat less bearable. Arizona heat in my opinion felt different. I would compare it to placing your hand near a hot burner on your stove (but not touching it).
I could bare the heat with water and AC, therefore I would rather Hot than Cold.
