Well, it's not hard. An IRC and website and starting to find recruits who want in is basically all that is needed. Maybe servers as an addition. It's not hard, but it's hard to get recruits who play actively.
-SeD- would be good. ACR is a type of gun, and "AssaultCube Rules" is NOT a good clan name. CSI is a show, and it sounds like you're trying to make criminals out of the devs.
