You can try

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade && sudo apt-get install fglrx-modaliases && jockey-gtk

Or search for them in Synaptic.

Edit: But why you wanna use Ubuntu 10.10?
