[1] Teams should both explicitly confirm that they agreed on a date on the forums; They should provide the local date and time, and also their timezone *and* location so that to make sure they actually know their timezone and to avoid any ambiguity;
[2] Teams should connect to the server earlier; I appreciated that most players of =ITA= and *ITA.N* were here about 30 minutes before the time they had picked; Maybe we should ask teams to be here at least 15 minutes before the beginning;
[3] THe players shoudl wear the name they were registered with

These are not major changes; what's your opinion ?

2 it is not always possible to be there 15min earlier, but i think like 5 mins earlier is always possible. so i dont fully agree on that
