This whole inter fever is annoying, no player can have a decent pub action, without being harass by some "Inter Freak". Now if I'm playing a fun pub game, why da fak I would wanna leave to play a inter with a bunch of "supposedly" good players, gather by some annoying spammer? NO THANKS!
Again: if you want some private matches, go to IRC, don't spam the pubs!

People in game are playing and ready to join on a server, maybe looking for inter, but on IRC only about 10% of the players can play.
I prefer when someone asks me in game than on IRC, even if I don't want to play.
