I can not go into a map created by other users?

It sounds like you have all your Assaultcube stuff in Program Files (if windows, if not, then some other directory with limited permissions). If it's in a protected folder, then Assaultcube might not be able to write new map data to the disk, making it so that you could not play them. Reinstalling AC to somewhere else might help.
