I'm sorry, but apparently you didn't understand what Wolf said. The way to make something happen is post in the BL thread. The main BL thread isn't for just cheaters, it is for people who you think should go on the blacklist. If everyone made a thread when someone pissed them off, we would have way too many similar threads. That is why the BL thread exists. When jamz or someone sees a partial IP in the BL thread that they can find the rest of, they will generally fill in the rest for you.
