From what I can tell, this is basically a sort of ponzi scheme: they make those who were dumb enough to sign up on it find more such idiots. Then they point you to one of those "survey"s (which is the whole point of this), and then you probably won't get anything.
Remember: if you get something for free that normally costs money, always think about why anyone would be that generous.
