Server not working

I am using Ubuntu 12.04 and when I try to start a server from the terminal it says there is an error in line 2.

[SELECT ALL] Code:

I don't know how to fix this. PLEASE HELP! MY CLAN NEEDS A PRIVATE SERVER[/font]
