Master server not replying

I have allowed through firewall restarted net etc and this is my first time trying to connect and it wont connect me and its saying master server wont reply and i was wondering what i could do.

I fixed this a few hours ago. You were innocently caught in a range ban.

The master server again still isnt working even after you done the unban thingy, i havent played this game yet at all and it has stoppedme from getting on the multiplayer and wondering what else it could be :/

i think u have to wait 24h before, i once got ms banned for blinking server descriptions, i had to wait a day before i got fully unbanned off ms.
