SO. SLEEP. We all do this during the day and during the night in our short lifespans on this big planet. My question to you is, who here doesn't really feel tired when they stay up late, but become EXHAUSTED when they try to wake up later after sleeping?

My question is, if you go to sleep at 6 a.m, what time do you wake up afterwards?
If the answer is 8, 9 or 10 a.m, then its normal that you feel like sheit. If you wake up, like me (XD), at 2:30 p.m, then, my answer is no, no exhaustion in my body, as long as I didnt smoke an entire bowl...

Sleep at 12 am to 1am until 7 am to 11 am and I feel good.
Later than that and I feel sluggish all day.
It's 1:51 now. I have a feeling tomorrow (today) will be one of those days.

If I sleep more than 10 hours I can't really get up. If I sleep about 2-3 hours I'm a lion once I wake up. Sometimes in my life I used to sleep 1-2 hours and then get up and work for 8 hours straight (heavy jobs) with no tiredness.
My record is 73 hours tho. Needless to say, I slept for a week later lol

43 hours is my record.
I'd imagine it's easier to stay up than to wake up because of all that serotonin in your brain when you sleep. If you're already awake, it's just a matter of finding ways to keep the serotonin out of there.
