help my assault cube this slow and the fault is not from my computer because i play other heavier games...

going by previous requests for help you will need to provide some information like;
What OS are you using
Where did you download AC from and what version is it
What hardware is on your computer (System screenie would be nice)
In particular what Graphics card are you using (make sure you have up to date drivers)
Have you tried lowering the graphics detail?

Make sure you have the Intel drivers with proper (or what Intel means by that) OpenGL support installed.
It might also help if you could show us the lines starting with "Renderer" and "Driver" that appear in the terminal ("the black window") when you start AC.

If your maps have been deleted, your maps have been deleted.
The only way to get them back is to ask someone else if they have them.
