Hi there busy AC sons of your mothers! Id like some help/advice on to how to upload the following image as my avatar. Ive read that it needs to be like 320 x XXX but i dont know how to do so! If only any kind non busy player would help me...

Where it asks for a link to your image to set your new avatar, put this link there:
http://i51.tinypic.com/vrra53.jpg
Best way that I quickly resize pictures is by uploading them to
http://www.tinypic.com and using their editor.

@paulmuaddibKA: I think even MS Paint could do the job. But ofc, if you need that pic hosted on the internet anyway, it's better to follow X-Ray_Dog's advice.

Oh yeah baby! Many thanks to all of you, but specially X-Ray_Dog for giving me tha direct link (special mention to |BC|Wolf for tha very useful link). Now i can rest in peace before my next trip to Morroco where ill find a better costume, this time for me mother or sister! WAIT FOR IT! Itll blow your mind (probably).
@tempest How could i resize the image using Paint? Fill me in pliz! Thanks!

Image > Stretch/Skew, but I just saw it only allows percent input, not pixels. Lame.

GIMP allows for pixel resizing, which is how I do it. Sure its a little tedious but usually when I make an avatar I create it myself so its already there.
