I take it you're British.
To be fair, I think Britain is the only area to call soccer 'football'.
But words i hate...
Bunting - it sounds too much like a rhyming word beginning with M.
Pl0x - what the hell is that?!
Tom-ay-toe - Tom-ar-toe.

I know it's an acronym, but "RnB" definitely. No rhythm or blues, imo.
"Simmer" - Anyone who lives in Scotland and uses facebook will understand this '-_-
"Rock" - Now it's absolutely meaningless. Most people actually use it as another word for pop, or it feels like that.

My most hated word is African-American. I don't mean to start a flame war here, but if you use this term you are furthering racism. I don't call myself a German-American or a Scottish-American; labeling yourself as different will only increase the difference between us.

you also seem to forget that 'the rest of the world' also happen to play rugby, it's like american 'football' but without the padding and without stoppages every five seconds.

I hate to agree with a foreigner, but American Football isn't all that tough, it's mostly show. I personally think we need to revive gladitorial combat a la The Condemned.
