I have seen people like this all the time, just don't bother until you see something out of the ordinary. He claimed to be able to do headshots but he was fraggin.

On a side note: I have said to people that ask me if I'm cheating that I have an aimbot just to make them mad. Do I have an aimbot? No, so don't bother with that but its just funny sometimes. I do it as my real name so this guy you are reporting is just trollin.

I'd look to server logs to see if the client was modified. Other than that I bet hes trollin.
