How to allow AC through windows advanced firewall...

um, I need some help allowing AC through my windows advanced firewall, and I would like it if you could give me instructions like:

3. Find "Windows Firewall" from the large or small icons view
   
4. Click "Allow a program..." in the left sidebar
   
5. Click some more
