[Solved] can' chat on assault cube

hi there,

i'm not very noob on AssaultCube, but still i can't get any answer about talking on it. i mean with my team members an so on. everywhere i look for or find anything about it, i see only press Y or T. and so when i press T playing Assaultcube, i see just smth like /. , sometimes % (for team speech as i know).then i type my minds and actually don' know what to do (press)next. my text stays on the screen and i can only press esc in order to play further without any expression of my mind :)
it would great to attain help, what to do to able to write some commens, not only Nice shot, Stay here or I'm in your t.. :)

and again all the same as before. i press t, write my text => Enter and nothing happens. wtf? it was mentioned that my enter may be unbinded. how can i bind it?

You may need to lock numeric pad (or unlock, I dunno). I don't understand why, but it works :P

Is this on a laptop? I only ask because NumLock makes no difference to my (desktop keyboard) number pad Enter key.

Numlock doesnt make any changes for me too :)

Maybe you have two enter keys and you're pressing the wrong one? IDK.
