Ladder For a server?

I can run my own server, but I was wondering how run a ladder with it.Does like php work? Is there any programs? I'm thinking that a program would record the server log?

ImaCripple: it seems you were'nt clear enough - if you want to run a server for an exisiting ladder CicloN gave you the proper way to join the "Hi-Skill"-Ladder - if you want to run your own |BC|Wolf summarized it nicely. There's no generalized application for it, I'm not aware of any open-source project dealing with parsing AC-server-logs - but with some basic programming skills and a proper webserver (CGI/PHP + Database) you can easily look for tell-tale-signs (frags,flags,..) in a given logfile and calculate interesting values from there.
