I heard alot about the hi skill ladder but i just want to know what is it and what u do in there?

you gotta play in the highskill server

And play a lot. Like maybe an hour a day or less if you are more casual. Eventually you will get a profile and get into the global all time rankings

I can find my name but there are no stats and how do you know iif its a hi skill server
