1Cap once said he doesn't support modifying the game files (sound mods, etc) because you can hear someone across the map. I... can't. Does anyone know what settings you need to set to be able to hear across the map?

You don't even need to modify game file to do that :P

Yeah sorry should have phrased my introduction better. 1cap says it can be done without modifying anything. My question is how? With regards to Marti, I've tried that but the loudest sound hurts my ears.
