well obviously I'm not trying to tell someone they can or can't make teams, in my mind it just makes more sense if one russian player joins with three more to make a russian team. I don't even know if a lithuanian/russian/czech team would be accepted, iirc one team of mixed countries wasn't accepted because that country wouldn't have had enough players to form a team to represent themselves if the mixed team was accepted, and so individual countries would take priority.

There's no offense intended to anybody in my post though, at least it wasn't meant that way.
