There will definitely be two Brazillian teams playing this year. I am currently working to find a way to resolve this --either deny two teams or let them have bigger teams and merge to become two teams, or perhaps another method entirely.

If there's a 50% chance in finishing this, there's no point in making it 5%. I wanted to do a group stage but there really isn't time for it. If the tournment had started in May or June, I would definitely have done qualifiers and group stage. The dates are set. However, if I'm hosting next year there definitely will be qualifiers

Also Russia has VectorM12RUS and .4x|madcatz, off the top of my head.

If there are 16 teams with 4 Brazilians teams I think there is no problem, unless an other team signup let them all play. They are the most active country in AC so I think they deserve it.

Says who? I'm down to play with India. The only thing is we were lacking signups at the beginning, so I figured an India team would be viable (meanduck, fountainhead) and MAYBE a zh team. I am cool with {SEA} again if you guys want later. So far I only have one guy on .zh, but I want to try to motivate some people first.
