This is on the same VPN network that Fredrik has been using lately. He's also been cheating under: 184.75.211.x (which is the exact range that Fred was using only 3 weeks ago while spamming servers.)

I also understand he's been secretly DDoSing servers/sites as well from complaints I've received today.

I apologize for the not so updated VPN blacklist to those servers owners who have a copy from March, but I been under medical treatment; however, I will get a new update up as soon as I feel a little more stabilized.
