Neither are on steam I don't think. But I don't like a single game on Steam, even Though I've bought and played a lot of them.

Edit* I take that back, I think they have Splinter Cell on Steam. Love Splinter Cell

quake live is on steam, but you can use the standalone client as well if you want. I'm not using it on steam since I heard there's some issues with setting the right display refresh rate if you use it through steam, but if you're on 60hz it shouldn't be a problem.
