Bind command to E accent key

In order to fix the bindings for editing on azerty, I need to bind some stuff to é (E accent) key.
How can I achieve this?

Nope, doesn't work...
For the other number keys I just bind everything to the special chars.

1 -> & AMPERSAND
2 -> é (which I don't know how to do)
3 -> " QUOTE

aaaa yeah linux, never found a way to bind 2, 7, 9, 0 : could not bind key.
Same thing for the key : ².
