Cheater or not?

Some players mean that the player "TheMadHatter" is cheating (Aimbot / Wallhack). But.. I am not 100% sure if he is cheating or not.

1. What do you mean? Is he a cheater or a very very skilled player?

2. What methods do you use to distinguish if the player is a cheater or not?

Loaded the demo and it didn't load the map.
Any confirm if thats normal?

There's an interesting shot at 08'19 remaining which appears to hit the player behind the one who actually dies, but other than that the high ping makes it impossible to be certain of anything. There are no obvious snap aims or tracking through walls.

Thanks jamz :) On bigger maps with other game-modes like CTF, it is easier to detect if the track through walls or not, but on small maps with the game-mode TOSOK like TwinTowers, it is really hard to find wallhackers because also so many normal players scope often through walls in this maps. (Typical for sniper maps)
