Not sure if actual question or a sort of a complain, but:

I'd say: 1) select the server you want to get in using either arrow key or mouse wheel, then use [enter] key or [left mouse button] to get in the server you selected 2) once you finally get in server, play as normal for like 3 minutes then be prepared to be banned/kicked for lagging. 3) In your case you should ask for a 'de-ban' password 4) Once you get one, repeat steps 1) and 2). If that doesn't work: 5) Get a better internet connection or pause/stop any other services (torrents, irc, etc, etc) that might be using bandwidth. If that doesn't work: Cry a river. Feel free to take as many as you want.

Someone made a server in NZ a couple days ago, that might still be up.

This is unhelpful. 1Cap is Brazillian... during peak, he'll have large pings to NZ and very unstable PJ's result (it's not peak when I wrote this, hence things are a lot better). Based on 1Cap's last IP address, from my NZ home address: 10 packets transmitted, 10 received, 0% packet loss, time 9004ms rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 376.102/378.705/382.265/1.791 ms Apart from South American servers (which would likely be low quality/bad PJ - though there's always exceptions). He would have better luck on a USA server, though depending on his provider's routes, this could still have unstable PJ (but OK ping). Based on 1Cap's last IP address, from a datacentre in Freemont, USA: 10 packets transmitted, 10 received, 0% packet loss, time 9003ms rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 232.147/236.434/245.688/5.601 ms
