Poly wise it's still correct (V=480, T=790) but I wouldn't recommend placing more than a couple of these models on your map to avoid lag.
Note: I didn't add any sound to it, one can actually use/make own custom sound for it... From music to orders being shout through it's all up to you.

This is a great idea but, why not making a single Speaker mapmodel, and then the mapper places 1 or more of them around a textured pillar (if you don't get it, i mean a mapmodel like the strahler)? It would give to the mapper more choices about how to use the mapmodel, and then giving more chance to your mapmodel to be used. :P
