I was just surfing around akimbo and now this website and have not found any carbine mods, or at least good ones. So can someone make a carbine mod? I mean, like, why not a sniper rifle without a scope or something?

I personally use this one by a_slow_old_man. It's got a nice reload animation with it and custom sounds.

OK. can't it be a little more modern, like a battle rifle like a SCAR-H? [SCAR-H is not assault rifle, SCAR-L is! so don't say it isn't, cause i spent enough time on wikipedia and on the FN firearms officail site!]
I'm no weapons expert but I think this might be a SCAR-H model (high-poly btw). Kinda looks like one from the preview image.

Slowly yes Aekom, I've been working on that. And I've explained this to you before, all weapons have some sort of animation (whether it's visible or not). Even the defaults have animations (like the sniper with 60 frames, even though roughly 10 is used. 2 for idle, 2 for fire (same ones btw), the rest for muzzle flash). :P
Btw, Jarhead here is the one that requested me to do the rest of the weapons x-x.

that assault rifle is not a SCAR, for sure. i've tried it out to. and hilariously ironic? what do you find ironic?

The one Aekom suggested is really cool, and there is another one I used to use but I can't seem to find anymore.
That being said, Jarhead you should probably be a little less demanding - a few people have given you very decent responses.

That Marlin Guide gun is pretty cool!
I know bluwarguy made the model himself, but I'm not sure about the textures.... bluwarguy found a licensed metal texture file for the receiver I think so he may release a properly licensed version soon. |
