For some time, I have been seeing servers which say "unarmed connected from Europe" when "unarmed" joins the server, which post messages periodically, which say "The most kills last round was unarmed, with 51 kills!", or all three.
I am not talking about a GUI server. This is different. Does anyone know how to do it?
Secondly, is this even permitted?

It doesn't break any rules, I don't think. I see no reason for it not to be allowed.

You can add text whatever you want. Changing dmg or similiar vars isnt allowed.
