CDan, while there appears to be no explicit license on the contents of "packages/misc/" the files are copyrighted. You may not just assume that you're free to distribute them any way you want.

In "packages/models/misc/" license.txt reads in part:

The problem I have with your package is you have assumed you have permission to modify and distribute without attribution just because there appears to be no license. There is however "readme.txt" which reads:

The least you could have done to play it safe is include that file.
