I'd like to make a custom scope, I can't find the file for the picture the scope uses, also if anyone has a Call Of Duty scope, like the intervention, or M40A3, I'd be highly appreciative, but it has to be transparent every where but the scope lines.

False scopes(Those without an opaque "scope" around the lens) are not permitted. Even if you do make one it will not work.
I'd recommend downloading gimp. It's free and very similar to Photoshop.

about cod scopes, in my skin pack( http://forum.cubers.net/thread-3352.html ) has some cods scopes, maybe, you can like.
