So, I made a map. How do I play a match against bots in the map? I added waypoints and everything.

Load the map in a bot gamemode and add bots using the /addbot command. Use /mode and /map. For example, /mode 8; map yournamenamehere. The list of gamemodes can be found by typing the /mode command in-game.
