There are 852.4 million people living in Europe according to this.

There are 192 million people living in Brazil according to this.

That is a total population ration of 4.44 Europeans to every Brazilian.

Now we move on to the real statistics, all according to sourceforge download stats:

There have been a total of 868,338 downloads by Brazilians.
