Can a person be blacklisted if he continuously calls votebans for everyone who's sniping skills are better than his? Is this worthy of blacklisting? This is really annoying cause he stops good players from coming to the servers where he is playing and if someone does come then he votebans the player. This guy is not an admin, just a regular player but he's a pain in the backside not only to me but to a few others. If he can be blacklisted for that then I will report him.

Post a blacklist entry, and if the person is actually guilty of what you say he did, then it's up to server owners to add the IP to their server. That's how it works.
In reality most server owners don't even read this thread, never mind adding the IP. And even if they did, most players have dynamic IPs and are generally unaffected by a single blacklist post.
If a player comes to my attention a lot, and I feel their intention is not to play AC, but to disrupt public play as much as possible, eg. MasterOfVotes recently, I'll try to do something about it.

As a serv er owner I feel for your position, I want to help but for a server owner to add someone to the blacklist we require the full IP or a range. This is why posts like this one will have no effect, provide the full IP.

btw I have added the full IP provided by jg99, lets see if everyone else does.

Ok I know others have posted the IP's but the point was for sCr3W#k4d4v3r he asks why nothing happens I was just pointing out the full IP is required if he is to be added to a BL. And I agree with the whitelist statement.
