Docs editor

Heyo, I know many of you have seen me ask this question in the IRC. I still haven't gotten an answer.

I have been wandering around the Docs a lot lately (mostly trying to help others with their questions.) and I have noticed how out-of-date they are.

I can name a few examples, but I dont write them down, yet. One good example is the weapons, it shows all of the weapons, except for the carbine. The weapon stats are also very outdated (I would think). In fact, the most up-to-date part is the reference for cubescripters (of which I am very thankful for).

My question is, how would I be able to help the team with this small task?

On the same note, in the page "The Team", GenDis is listed twice.

I just realized, these are the docs I'm talking about; http://assault.cubers.net/docs/README.html
Docs, aka Readme.

You have had the answer in IRC RR. I've seen it given to you.
  • Write a new version of the relevant document.
  • Put your version into a pastebin or web document.
  • Show a dev.
  • Be patient.

I'm sorry jamz, I must of missed it.
I'll do that then.

Just make a new one and distribute it.
If the devs like it, they'll make it official.

Yes, we can rip some stuff from the wiki, whatever seems good enough.
*cough* weapon statistics *cough*
