That's probably why lots of people complain about me lagging. Heck, I had to load the speed test twice because it timed out. However, now that my college blocked UDP transmissions, it doesn't matter anymore.

EDIT: I'm with Blueyonder/Telewest/Virgin, and I'm supposed to have for 10 meg, so I'm happy with 8 1/2. There's an internet exchange box across the street from my house. :D

The problem is not download speed in most of the cases but upload speed. Additionally, the web changed and his users need more upload bandwidth now because they need to send more and more content (photos, documents, etc.)
