this sounds similar to "anyone that was every convicted and jailed must not return to society", which imo is a scary thought to have, and sounds very totalitarian.
Glad you're not in charge. I suggest stopping your witch hunt. It is pointless, as you mentioned [SS]Hitler is already blacklisted, yet he can evade this ban and play. Why would admins from a server bother with their time if the people that run the blacklist cannot even keep him out??
