The BoB blacklist was the way to go.
1st anti-cheat then local bans ... 1st account warning then ms ban... some players dont care about ac and think its fun to cheat cause there is no anti-cheat and also there are lots of vpns and no real account(no registration system) (just buy a sim for 5 dollar (at least in iran) and have a new ip for playing... if u want to change, just pay 1 dollar (or fewer! and change sim for 4g net ... makes 100 ping)
